Order processing times vary. Most orders are prepared for shipping the following business day after it has been placed. Mailing addresses must match your billing address and/or be confirmed with your credit card company. Please note that if your mailing address does not match or is not confirmed, your order will be cancelled. Once your order’s label has been printed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking information.
We ship all of our domestic orders via USPS Priority Shipping and we require signatures upon delivery for all orders.
International customers: you are responsible for any additional fees or taxes for an item ships. We do everything we can to protect our international customers from additional fees, however we cannot guarantee any unexpected expenses.
A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items for other people. When an item is sold, those consignors are paid shortly after. Because of that, we do not accept returns, exchanges, nor do we issue refunds.
